    <content type="text/plain">The onboarding document has caused us a lot of wasted time following links to Aussie sites only to be redirected by companies back to NZ to fill out forms. There needs to be a NZ onboarding document with NZ links and also information not currently included about setting things up here like applying to be a police vetting agent, applying to IRD to be an employer, signage provider information,  flooring retailers relevant to NZ, text books to purchase for supporting year 12 and 13 learners in NZ  that fit with the new curriculum. Because the document is not NZ based we end up in longer than allocated onboarding meetings or having to try and book another one in the week to sort things out.  This causes us untold delays in setting up and puts demand on your onboarding teams.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">I have had a lot of interest from students working in Kura Kaupapa solely in Māori to come get support in learning English from ST and their parents are also concerned that they can’t seem to write or read in Māori.  If we were about to offer a holiday program in reading and writing in Te reo for beginners first then it would attract many students from Kura to our English support.  There is a need for it and no other places are offering this.</content>
